Chinese Marketing Coordinator

Primary Duties:

  • Identify and maintain strong relationships with local media, bloggers, community groups, and KOLs to regularly spread word about 京A news and promotions
  • Manage Chinese language social media accounts, including WeChat, and seek opportunities to build the 京A brand in China via online and offline channels
  • Assist in the coordination of marketing events, pop-ups, and beer festivals
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and source new merchandise and other marketing-related products

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong commitment to building of new business and brand
  • Native Chinese and excellent English language skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing and translate between English and Chinese
  • 2-3 years agency or client-side marketing/events experience preferred
  • Absolute “can do” attitude with a “lead by example” mentality
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Possess ample craft beer knowledge or a desire to learn about it quickly
  • Knowledge of Adobe CS, WordPress, Wechat Official Account backend a plus

Recruitment & Training 招聘&

  • Establish standard hiring practices and lead recruitment efforts for all new open positions. Ensure smooth on-boarding process for all new employees. 全程负责并管理公司所有新职位的人员招聘事宜,确保新进员工顺利就职。
  • Assess training needs and develop training programs for new and existing staff. 为新旧员工评估培训需求,开发建立培训计划。


Organization Development 公司体制建立

  • Develop key employee retention and development programs that integrate with Jing-A’s company culture. 结合京A的公司文化制定对核心员工的人员保留及规划计划。
  • Maintain a fun and positive work environment; take the lead on organizing team building activities and company outings throughout the year. 维持公司积极向上有趣的工作环境,负责规划公司年度团队建设活动及出游计划。
  • Work closely with co-founders and department leads to develop overall company structure to support the company’s growth. 与公司创始人及各部门负责人保持紧密沟通,负责带领建设整体人员架构,促进公司发展。
  • Develop goal setting and performance review system for employees that are linked to compensation and promotion opportunities within the organization. 为员工制定工作目标设立及工作表现评估系统,评估评分将直接与晋升机会及薪酬挂钩。


Compensation & Benefits 酬与福利

  • Establish salary structure, pay policies, and oversee the variable pay systems within the company including, benefits administration, bonuses and raises. 制定薪资结构,支付政策,以及含福利管理,分红及涨薪机制的海外支付系统。


Regulation Compliance 法律法

  • Ensure legal compliance, with labor laws and governmental laws and regulations. 确保遵纪守法,遵循劳动法及其他政府法律。


Requirements 岗位要求:

  • University Bachelor's degree or higher with a focus on Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development preferred. 大学本科或本科以上毕业,专业集中在人力资源管理、商科或组织建设。
  • Minimum 5 years working experience working within the field of HR. Previous MNC working experience is preferred. 至少5年人力资源岗位工作经验,有跨国公司工作经验者优先。
  • Previous management experience with the ability to build and manage teams. 有建立团队及人员管理经验。
  • In-depth knowledge of China labor law, standard HR policies, procedures best practices. 深入了解劳动法、人力资源政策并提供最佳实践操作。
  • Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. 具有建立及有效管理公司内部所有阶层人际关系的能力。
  • Bilingual language skills with native Chinese and fluent written/spoken English. 双语技能,中文母语及能流利书面/口语使用英语。


Compensation 薪酬:

  • 8-10K RMB per month/月薪人民币8000-10000
  • 5 days holiday / 5天带薪假期
  • 5 month annual bonus / 1.5个月年终奖金
