SaisonBased on a Belgian beer style brewed by farmers in the fall and aged through winter, this Osmanthus-enriched saison was fermented with a mix of Brettanomyces, Saccharomyces and LACTOBACILLUS. The vastness of the earth comes through in funky notes of fresh barnyard. A floral essence evokes sunny harvest days, leading to a dry and crisp finish.
