Straight Outta Hohhot

For centuries, camel caravans would set off from Hohhot packed with stacks of “brick tea,” dried whole leaf blocks traded on the silk road. The tea’s earthy maple-wood notes inspired this gose, with additions of coconut, raspberries, and coriander seeds. A heady brew that conjures long journeys and distant lands.
