Nothing beats hot summer days in the ‘Jing like a cold beer and a nice slice of watermelon. So we thought – why not have the best of both worlds?! We load our Beijing Bikini Watermelon Wheat with the best local watermelons from Daxing to create a crisp summer brew with a watermelon kick and a dry, sparkling finish.
Gaze into this ominously dark and full-bodied brew and you might feel it watching you back. Pours a shade just shy of black with a thick brown head and a flavor dominated by toasted and roasted malts, with rich notes of dark chocolate, blackcurrant and licorice.
Drinking ale based on a rustic French Bière de Garde, which translates to beer for keeping… in our case, keeping the neighborhood safe! Months of conditioning have allowed its spicy and fruity malt character to rise to the foreground. It rounds off each sip with a nod of hop bitterness and a clean finish.
A zesty wheat beer “wet-hopped” with a fresh harvest of Xinhui tangerine peels from Guangdong. Big citrus hits and a hazy body combine to provide mimosa-like refreshment.
A mysterious sequel to an IPA that’s not in any beer catalog. Brewed with the unpredictable funk of Brett wild yeast, this IPA balances intense floral and fruit aromas with notes of barnyard funk and leathery notes. A dry finish draws out the balancing act with a touch of spice.

A suitably overloaded festive English strong ale, inspired by the gooey delights of babaofan. Caramel malts bring full-bodied flavors with notes of toffee, raisins, dates, and molasses. A perfect nightcap.
The wall couldn’t keep out this monster! We brewed this menacing imperial stout in collaboration with Barnaby Struve, a brooding brewer from Gothenberg’s Stigbergets Bryggeri. It fills the glass a bottomless ink-black with rich brown head. Pull it in for a sip to let it smack you across the face with a heavy hand of chocolate, bourbon, oak, and earthy hops.
A balanced Czech pils for moonlit skies, with a pulsing core of malted richness and a crisp finish.
