FarmhouseA sparkling sour mijiu (glutinous rice wine) that was fermented with a blend of brewer’s yeast, wild yeast and bacteria, and aged on Chinese xiangshui pears and Osmanthus flowers for three months. Opens with juicy aromas of tart berries. Light-bodied and smooth with a hint of rice sweetness and a dry, sparkling finish.
