A summer twist to our lambic-inspired wild ale series! This mixed-fermented delight contains big additions of Lao Song’s famous (and fresh picked) Daxing watermelons. Refreshing fruit notes complement mouth-puckering tartness, leading to an earthy, sparkling finish.
