Yuzu Xanadu

The latest in our Xanadu series of Berliner Weisse-style sours features generous additions of fresh yuzu. This pale straw ale was soured with the use of lactobacillus for bright tart citrus notes, a sparkling mouthfeel and low hop bitterness.
