A collaboration for the 8×8 Brewing Project 2019 inspired by the traditional Chinese folk cold remedy of boiled Coca Cola with ginger. This high gravity sour features cola spices and a kick of ginger heat to cure whatever ales you!
Did somebody order dim sum? We teamed up with our friends at Heroes Beer Co in HK to brew a Honey Amber Ale based on the classic dish Chaoshaobao (BBQ pork buns). Following the traditional recipe, we brewed with a big bundle of mantou in the mash, an ample dose of local honey, five spices, and red koji rice for color. The result is a mouthwatering spiced ale that ends with a smooth, sweet finish.
Packed with 80% Mosaic and Palisade cryo hops and 20% Simcoe T95 pellets, this 6.5% hazy NE IPA blows the senses with notes of tropical fruit, tangerine, and piney hop resin. A collaboration between Jing-A Brewing Co and Yakima Hop Chief.
