Our take on the German sour beer known as Gose includes a big addition of Huamei – dried and salted Chinese plums. This wheat beer strikes the perfect balance between tartness and sweet fruit, tied together with a brightening pinch of salt.
A light-bodied and tart mixed-fermentation gose. We conditioned this brew on fresh cilantro, lemongrass and kumquats for a mix of bright citrus and peppery herbal notes, tied together with a pinch of sea salt.

The 2020 edition of our annual festive beer is a sumptuous spiced brown ale brewed with lots of caramel and roasted malts, then aged on fresh orange peel, nutmeg, cinnamon and clove. A delightful beer for frightful weather. Dark, sweet, boozy and overloaded with roasted malts, this invigorating imperial stout was aged on Jim Beam bourbon barrel oak for three months. Beijing’s own Daxiao Coffee supplied the Yunnan coffee beans added during conditioning, which come through in strong notes of chocolate, mocha and vanilla.
A 100% Cryo Hop IPA! Cryo hops are the concentrated lupulin of whole-leaf hops, separated at extremely low temperatures to preserve the aromatic hop components and remove most of the vegetal leafy matter. For this beer, we used Citra and Sultana varietals imparting notes of ripe pineapple, lemon zest, piney hop resin, and a hint of black pepper.
Immerse yourself in the simmering hops of this hazy IPA brewed with a combination of Cascade, Citra, Simcoe and Hallertau Blanc. This first batch in our Hop Pot series pours a milky peach color and opens with zesty aromas of grapefruit, pine and berries followed by rich flavors of mango and more grapefruit, closing out with a spicy resinous hop finish.
