Based on a Belgian beer style brewed by farmers in the fall and aged through winter, this Osmanthus-enriched saison was fermented with a mix of Brettanomyces, Saccharomyces and LACTOBACILLUS. The vastness of the earth comes through in funky notes of fresh barnyard. A floral essence evokes sunny harvest days, leading to a dry and crisp finish.

A revolution is brewing! Gaige Kaifang, or “Reform and Opening Up”, was the program of economic reform that China initiated in the late 1970s. Inspired by the breakneck growth and development of Chinese craft beer, we brewed this unfiltered Triple IPA to reform your palate and open up your mind to new hoppy possibilities. Pale gold with notes of bitter orange marmalade, grapefruit peel, black pepper and licorice. On the palate, resinous hops and a spicy bite of alcohol ride on the rich and chewy malt.

A farmhouse ale originally brewed to celebrate China’s Mid-Autumn festival. On the nose, this beer features the sweet Osmanthus flower (Gui Hua, a traditional mooncake ingredient). Earthy, peppery undertones of Sichuan peppercorn mingle with sweet malt for a silky mouthfeel and an off-dry finish.
